In November 2022, Johnny G’s began a new chapter under the vision of Owner and Head Chef Dinesh Sharma — a culinary force with over three decades of hands-on restaurant experience and a lifelong passion for vibrant, soulful cuisine.

Since arriving in Canada from India in 2001, Chef Sharma has helped open more than 40 restaurants across the country, building a reputation rooted in discipline, flavor, and consistency. But Johnny G’s is personal — a place where his journey, culture, and creativity come together on one menu.
